Shopping With Studio
If you'd like to shop with Studio, you can start shopping straight away if you choose to shop online. Simply browse the website or use the search facility to find the items you would like to order, and add the items to basket in the usual way. When you are ready to check out, simply follow the instructions to register your personal details, and then you will be prompted to confirm your order. Your personal details are saved securely on our system, allowing you to login quickly at any time to shop, view your account details or make a payment online.
Or, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0844 800 11 22 to place an order. Alternatively, simply request a catalogue and we'll send you a catalogue pack with everything you need to order by post. If you are an existing customer but have never used the website, simply register online to get started.
As a Studio customer, from time to time we may send you special brochures and catalogues featuring new ranges and special offers. In addition, you can sign up to receive offers by email to receive exclusive discounts and deals, and be the first to know about new product ranges, offers and competitions. You can also follow us on Facebook or Twitter to stay up to date with everything Studio has to offer, and get access to exclusive promotions and offers.
The catalogue packs and emails we send you may include special offer codes allowing you to get further price discounts, free gifts or delivery offers. You must quote the offer code at checkout or when ordering over the telephone in order to claim the offer.
When ordering online from a special offer catalogue, the price on the website may not be the same price that you see in your special catalogue – once you have entered the offer code at checkout, your reduced prices will be shown in your basket.
If you have received a catalogue or special offer brochure from us, and know which items you wish to order, you can use our Quick Shop feature, which allows you to enter an item reference code from your catalogue directly into your online shopping basket.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
To place an order, call 0844 800 11 22, lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or, if you have received a catalogue, you will find an order form in your pack – simply post to Studio, Preston, PR0 2BP.
Ordering online is even simpler, just select the items you wish to order, then log in or register.
If you have received a special offer code, remember to quote it to the telephone operator, or enter it online during the checkout process to confirm your offer or special prices.
Sorry, we are unable to accept international orders, with the exception of BFPO addresses. Once you have placed an order with Studio, you can log in at any time using the Your Account link, which is at the top of every page, to see details of the status of your order. You can also view details of the individual parcels and track their delivery status via our carrier's website. If you have registered online, you will receive emails confirming the progress of your order.
Accounts & Credit
All new customer orders are subject to a credit assessment which requires you to set up an account. Once your order has been processed, simply wait for your invoice to arrive and you can choose to pay in full or spread the cost.
Your minimum monthly payment will be stated on your invoice, as long as you pay the minimum amount, you can take as long as you like to pay. You can also view your account balance and credit limit at any time by logging in to the website and following the Your Account link. Here you can also view the status of your orders, including outstanding and despatched orders, as well as details of your last 12 statements.
Spread The Cost
You have the opportunity to spread your payments and the flexibility to select the payment method that suits you best.
- Option 1 - Direct Debit. You will be sent a statement every 28 days showing the minimum payment due. For this option you will pay your instalments by direct debit and every 28 days you will be charged just 2p, for every pound owing, together with a service charge on any purchase added to your balance on your previous statement from the date of despatch of each item up to that statement. There will be a minimum service charge of £1, 29.5% APR typical (variable). Written quotations available on request. For Direct Debit information call 08713 769 950.
- Option 2 - you will be sent a statement every 28 days showing the minimum payment due which you will be expected to pay within 21 days. You may pay your instalments by cheque, bank giro, debit card, credit card or postal order and every 28 days you will be charged just 2.9p, for every pound owing, together with a service charge on any purchase added to your balance on your previous statement from the date of despatch of each item up to that statement. There will be a minimum service charge of £1, 44.9% APR typical (variable). Written quotations available on request.
Example credit limit of £300: if you make purchases up to the full amount of this credit limit, assuming that you repay the outstanding balance over a 12 month period by way of equal instalments (first instalment within 28 days) and that any interest rates remain the same throughout this period, the total charge for credit under the credit agreement will be £44.10 (if you pay by direct debit) and £64.55 (if you pay by other methods). The total amount payable will therefore be £344.10 (if you pay by direct debit) and £364.55 (if you pay by other methods).
There is no extra charge if you choose to pay the whole amount within 21 days. Availability of credit is subject to status and the amount of credit you have remaining on your account up to but not exceeding the credit limit we have extended to you.
Please Note: you are responsible for payments of all goods and services supplied. Should you fail to make a payment or pay less than the minimum amount due by the specified date and we or someone acting for us have to remind you to make such payment, we reserve the right to charge you default sum each time that we have to remind you, and the amount of any other losses and reasonable costs we incur as a result of your default. These will include (but are not limited to) the costs of tracing you, notifying you of your default and enforcing payment of any amount due.
Making A Payment
Once you receive your statement, you can choose to pay your balance in full, or spread the cost of your purchases using our easy flexible payments scheme. When your statement arrives, you have 21 days to pay the minimum amount due.
Making a payment is easy and there are several ways to pay.
To pay by credit or debit card, simply log on to www.24studio.co.uk, click on Your Account, and select the amount you wish to pay from your balance. Alternatively call 0871 200 0378 and select Option 1.
You can also pay over the counter at your bank – there is usually no charge at your own bank or at any branch of Natwest. Take the Bank Giro Slip from your invoice along with your payment. We also accept cheque or postal order by post, full instructions are shown on the reverse of your invoice.

Personalised Gifts / Personalisation
Look out for this symbol when you browse our website and catalogues. Any item with this symbol can be personalised at no extra charge. The type of personalisation depends on the individual item and space available.
When ordering personalised items online, you will be prompted to enter the personalisation details when you add the items to basket, via a pop-up window. If you do not see the window, please check your browser settings which may prevent the pop-up from displaying. You can opt to have no personalisation if you wish. Please check all the details carefully to ensure the personalisation is correct as we cannot amend the details after your order has been accepted. You can check the personalisation details again from your shopping basket before confirming the order.
For items featuring photo personalisation, you can choose to upload your image(s) directly when you add the item to basket – simply follow the instructions and you will be prompted to select and upload the photograph(s) from your computer.
Alternatively, if you do not have a digital copy of the photograph you wish to use, you may post the photograph to us – order as normal and you will be sent a pre-paid envelope to use to send your photograph(s).
